Cancer Care/Betsy Tontini Nursing Scholarship

The Cancer Care/Betsy Tontini Nursing Scholarship was established in 2000 to honor the memory of a Wenatchee nurse who touched numerous lives with her warm and special caring. Betsy was instrumental in organizing Cancer Care of North Central Washington as well as founding Our House, a home for out of the area patients to stay while receiving treatment.

On May 17, 1997 Betsy died following an extended battle with cancer.
