Today we are happy to announce that we have been awarded a grant from the Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group Community Health Partnership Fund, managed by the Confluence Health Foundation. This grant is co-funded by the two groups to provide community support to organizations and causes in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties that enhance not only health and wellness directly, but also projects that work to address the social determinants of health.
